MezzoPollo — Android Terms of Use Last updated: 5 October 2026

MezzoPollo is a game published by Michele Angelo Forlani. These terms cover the Android application it.mezzopollo.academy. Support: welcome@devfridge.cool

You may install and play the app for personal entertainment. Respect applicable law and other people's rights. Do not misuse third-party services accessed from the app. Third-party software and media retain their applicable rights and licence terms; this notice does not grant a separate licence to redistribute them.

Hard mode is free, needs no wallet, token purchase or timelock and provides exactly two lives per new run. An optional guided tutorial is available in Italian, English and Polish. The tutorial does not consume lives or save a score.

Slower Easy mode is optional and can be unlocked in the shop. Only an explicit Connect or Check locks action checks active DevFridge timelocks: at least 1,000,000 MEMEZZO is needed and each full million provides one total starting life, with no additional base lives. The token mint is Dv1prgxPZs1M6vpacCzmGjLkd7ZFZVJSHCH9PLwEpump. Verification depends on the external service and eligible locks at check time. A successful check creates an in-memory entitlement for this app session; the game does not continually recheck it. Playing, restarting, pausing, resuming and returning from the background do not request verification. Wallet changes, disconnecting, closing or reloading the game clear that entitlement; runs already started keep their assigned lives.

The game offers no prizes, token payouts, investment returns or promise of token value. Scores are local and unverified. Wallet features are intended for adults. The app does not hold your funds, request private keys, sign transactions, or create or redeem timelocks. Buying or locking tokens is not required to play Hard mode. Timelocked tokens are not a payment to the app.

Coinzilla advertising delivery is disabled in Android 1.1.0. The optional sponsored-card integration applies only to regular Hard-mode runs, never to tutorials, Easy mode or pause/resume. Any future activation requires provider/placement approval and updated disclosures. Sponsor visits are optional and do not award lives or prizes.

DevFridge and wallet applications are separate services with their own terms and policies. Creating a timelock externally can prevent access to tokens until expiry. DevFridge redemption currently has a 2% PASTA buy-and-burn fee, network costs and an executable Jupiter route requirement. Review the external service's current conditions before using it.

The app may be updated and may experience bugs or interruptions. No uninterrupted service or permanent record storage is promised. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. You may stop using the app and uninstall it at any time. Updates to these terms will be published on this page with a revised date.

For information about local storage, wallet public addresses and external service requests, read the Android Privacy Policy.
